Our client needed a place for 1 goat and a few chickens. They own a farm on SE of side of Ocala and are equipped for all large animals. The idea was to temporarily accommodate the goat. There was also a choice to add more chickens in the future. Our clients had a good understanding of the size area needed for each space. Together, we determined specific sizes for the nesting boxes.

The pad was poured and we came in and started building walls. We made sure to cut areas for doors that were small enough for the animals. We also ensured some were large enough to get in and clean.

They had an automatic door for the exterior space, allowing the chickens in and out. We built a covered area for the chickens to roam on the back side of the building. The back area is screened in and secured all around to ensure nothing gets out or in. The separate door at the back is access to allow the goat in and out to roam.

The building was completed to look like other buildings on the farm property. Keeping to theme we used black and white paint. The front door was custom built to look like a barn door but work as a regular door. This build out was fun and worked out well for our client.
